Refund and Return Policy
Refunds are issued only under special circumstances. When a product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you have received it. Along product, the invoice we sent out, must be included in order to obtain a refund. A full refund will then be issued to the cardholder, once our customer support has processed the request.
By ordering a product or joining the subscription you allow us the right to terminate your account under any suspicion and cancel our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. This may result in the closure of your account. Your information will still be kept on our archived records. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions in our Subscription Disclaimer, or contact Support and lastly there’s an “Unsubscribe” option featured in all the emails we send out, if you cannot find this please refer to the bottom of this article. Product fees are refundable under special circumstances as mentioned previously. Shipping costs are not refundable. The Terms of Service are reviewed and revised as needed; without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
